Hi Javi;
ReplyDeleteI have seen this podcast: How to make a perfect pizza.(http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/wordofmouth/video/2010/feb/17/how-to-make-perfect-pizza)
The secret for making a perfect pizza are two:
- Getting a soft dought: you need an alive pizza.
- The owen.
This pizzeria started serving pizza to University students in 1995. Two specialized families come for building the owen. Firstly, they tried the owen with a piece of wood, the day before with two,...
Now, this restaurant owen can reach 300 degrees and makes a stuny baked pizzas.
Sounds delicious. Why don't you bake one and bring it to class one of these days?

ReplyDeleteI definitely want an owen like that.
I agree the best pizzas are those with have soft dought, but anyway I think the most important thing is the way you made the dought.
Have I heard they use 0.0 flower to get it? I don´t know it

I agree that I like to have that oven, but I think I couldn't wait 3 weeks to heat the owen until 350ºC!jeje
ReplyDeleteHi again;
ReplyDeleteToday I have listened one podcast from the third link.
It's named "Developing creativity". It's interesting because it talks about who reading does wonders in workers creativity (sorry Javi for copying the expresion from your comentary but I've found it so nice). It makes a descripsion of the two sides of the brain work.
However I think this podcast is a bit easy for own level. What do you think?
Other good feature of this link is that you can do task after the listening.
See you!
